When you contact us
When you fill in our contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, and message are sent to Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our email address (hello@shifnalmvc.co.uk). We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, and we don't add you to any mailing lists.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept the cookie banner on the site, we set a Google Analytics cookie that helps us see which pages people use most and where visitors come from. We use this to make the site better. We anonymise IP addresses and don't collect anything that could identify you personally. If you decline, no cookies are set and no data is sent.
Members area
The members area is hosted by Choirmate, a third-party choir management platform. Their privacy policy applies once you follow the link there. We don't share any information between this website and Choirmate.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete information you've shared with us. Email hello@shifnalmvc.co.uk and we'll do that.
